Terms of sale
Bronze guide. Version of 4 October 2026.
1. Seller

2. Scope
These terms apply to the purchase of the Bronze guide on vendresociete.be and vennootschapverkopen.be. The Silver, Gold and Platinum packages are governed by their own invoice or agreement.
3. The guide
A digital guide in a single file that opens in a web browser, in English, French and Dutch, with calculators, checklists and planners. It sets out general principles as at the date stated in it. It is not personalised legal, tax or financial advice, and decisions you take on that basis remain your own.
4. Price and payment
The price is 2,000 EUR excl. VAT. The VAT and the total price including VAT are shown on the payment page before you pay. Payment is made via Stripe, with the payment methods offered on the payment page.
5. Delivery
The guide is sent by email within 48 hours of payment, to the address given at payment, as a personal copy in the buyer's name.
6. Invoice for a company
If you enter a company's name and VAT number at payment, an invoice in its name is sent by email within 5 business days.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase. By ticking the box provided at payment, you ask for the guide to be delivered before the end of that period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the guide has been sent to you. Until then, you can withdraw by email to jr@sellerside.be; you are then refunded within 14 days, using the payment method you used.
8. Personal licence
The guide is licensed to the buyer for strictly personal use. It may not be copied, passed on, published or shared, in whole or in part. All rights belong to REMIGMA SRL.
9. Moving to a higher package
If you later choose the Silver, Gold or Platinum package, the 2,000 EUR excl. VAT paid for the guide is deducted in full from its fee.
10. Personal data
Your name, your email address and, where applicable, your company's details are used to deliver the guide and issue the invoice. Payment is processed by Stripe. More in the privacy policy on the home page.
11. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be sent to jr@sellerside.be. Consumers can also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be / consumentenombudsdienst.be). Belgian law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
